I have a whole pile of unfinished projects, some of which are just ideas floating in a little bin... here's one that I like, but haven't bothered to build yet:

take the server logs and twist them... suggest that you can follow another person's experience, or that you can have one that's jumbled or strange. That you can borrow the most common experience, or that you can get one at random. show a graphical way of using/navigating the site that bypasses the traditional way that people view your site... one that goes by concept or by number of words on the page vs. html/javascript vs. images or something... -Marymha
